Please note that all girls AND adults will need to complete the Participation Consent Out of Area Form listed below and turn it in to the Grand Deputy (Grand Officers) or the Mother Advisor (girls and adults). Those not affiliated with an assembly should provide their forms to GA registration desk upon their arrival at Grand Assembly, so information is readily available in case of emergency.
