2020 Virtual Grand Assembly Schedule
Nevada Grand Assembly's in person event has transitioned to a second virtual event. Grand Assembly sessions will take place on Saturday August 22nd and Sunday August 23rd, 2020. Please complete registration prior to August 19, 2020.
Those who have previously registered to attend the in person event OR purchased Rainbow Trails/T-shirts will NOT need to submit an additional registration using this form. Only those that did not register to attend OR for a purchase in the CVENT system will need to register using this form.
Please note: ALL guests must register, even if they are participating from the same computer and/or only attending a single session (including Installation or Grand Cross of Color). Non-affiliated guests may NOT attend the virtual Grand Assembly for security purposes and because ritual work will be exemplified. Out of state guests are welcome.
The virtual sessions will include ritualistic opening, initiation, Grand Officer protest/announcements, majority, ritualistic closing, and installation. The attire for Grand Assembly remains the same. Saturday is formal for all girls and adults. Grand Officers should wear their Grand Officer dress, pins, hair piece and Grand Cross of Color if applicable. Sunday is formal for those serving as Installing Officers and for those being installed. All other guests may wear a Rainbow polo, or other polo or collared shirt, and Rainbow appropriate pants.

The registration fee for this virtual event is $5 per person.
